By using our website or booking services at Spring Grove Stables, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About us

Spring Grove Stables provides flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and event hire in Hebden Bridge.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to use unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.


3. Offers and Discounts

  • Where a customer makes three or more bookings within a single calendar month, the third booking will be charged at 50% of its standard rate.

  • Where bookings within the same month are of different durations, the discount will be applied to the shorter booking. For example, if you book a two-hour session and a four-hour session in the same month, the discount applies to the two-hour session.

  • The discount applies to meeting room hire only and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
    Bookings must be made under the same account or contact name to qualify. Spring Grove Stables reserves the right to request verification where required.

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

4. Use of facilities

  • You are responsible for leaving spaces clean and tidy.

  • Any damage to property may result in charges.

  • You must not use our spaces for illegal or disruptive activities.

5. Website use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas.

  • We do our best to keep the website accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

6.Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website is owned by Spring Grove Stables. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
